Our Signature Team Training approach combines a variety private training, group training, and independent study assignments based on your current routine + fitness level. Contact us to book your baseline fitness evaluation + start on your new fitness journey.
BASELINE EVAULATION
Come prepared for a light workout and comprehensive conversation. We will asses form and function of basic movements, establish your BASELINE fitness level and record your stats. At this appointment we work with you to customize a schedule and program to start elevating your baseline.
'THE 1:1'
60 minutes with one of our Master Trainers. Each workout is customized to play a role in your overall fitness strategy. We utilize the specialties of our TeamTrainers to pair you with someone that best fits your program for the day. Certain BASELINE Memberships may use 1:1 sessions to access our in-house physical therapist (PT, sports massage, cupping, dry needling), stretch specialists, nutritionists and wellness coaches.
'SQUAD TRAINING'
'Squad' Training sessions are capped 4-6 people per trainer. Each session varies in style based on your Squad Assignment. Expect to work different muscle groups and modalities in a familiar structure + rhythm. Each SQUAD is curated by our Team to maximize efficiency and make sure every workout is designed to meet your individual needs. Our TeamTrainers program your workouts and build a schedule with you monthly. This unique TeamTraining approach incorporates both variety and consistency necessary for sustainable training, alongside the structure and community that accelerate success.
'INDEPENDENT STUDY'
Our take on an 'open gym' ... but better! Based on fitness level and availability, our Independent Study Programming can stand alone in your routine or add an extra element to your TeamTraining Schedule. Independent Study Assignments follow our quarterly TeamTraining workout schedule. Your workouts will be uploaded to your online profile for ease of use wherever you are. Schedule a time block (up to an hour in advance) to come in and complete your workout with a TeamTrainier present. We'll set you up, then give you space to work on your own. Don't worry - we're always close by for questions, spotting and form assistance.
'TRAINING CAMP'
These high energy classes hold 12- 20 people, depending on the workout of the day. Get the intimate feeling of our training model and attention to detail, but in a larger group setting to bring out your inner competitor. All Training Camp Classes are 60 minutes of Full Body Strength + Conditioning. Grab a friend and come prepared for a good ass kicking. Add these classes into your current routine for a little extra intensity and good vibe.
'DOUBLES'
The perfect semi-private training experience. Reserve a private session for 2 or 4 people. Each workout will focus on increasing fitness levels by pairing up in a 2 on 2 format.
'BOX SUITES'
Private group reservations holding 5-8 people per session. Perfect for small corporate teams, athletic group training, intimate events + more.
'STADIUM STATUS'
Reserve the studio for a private class or event with any group of 8 or more. Perfect for corporate programs, events, bridal parties, youth athlete programs + more.
'RECOVERY ROOM'
For when you feel questionable about your workout due to some pain or instability. Our onsite doctor of physical therapy will get you where you want to be.
